Terms and Conditions

There will be no refunds for seat reservations in scheduled classes. 

Students are required to cancel their reserved seat at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to be rescheduled for the next available training class. Class no shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Successfully completing courses of instruction does not guarantee any licensure by the government entity you are applying to.  The courses of instruction provide the applicant with the requisite knowledge required to meet standards of eligibility.  All decisions of granting licensure rest with the government entity to whom the applications are submitted.

Students further acknowledge that the reaction to, possession of, and/or use of firearms is potentially dangerous and involves the risk of serious personal, injury, death, psychological trauma, and/or other personal and financial liability.  All registered students agree to assume all risk and waive any and all claims of liability for personal injury, death, psychological trauma, and/or other personal or financial loss.
